We offer various entry-level positions and programmes for individuals to gain valuable experience and grow their skills.The Finance (Claims) team within PwC Malaysia’s Internal Firm Services supports the Firm’s operations by managing employee claims, reimbursements, and related financial processes. The team ensures compliance with Firm policies, accuracy in financial reporting, and efficiency in handling claims to support staff across all service lines.
Assist in processing employee claims and reimbursements in line with Firm policies.
Verify supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal guidelines.
Support the team in tracking and reconciling claims data for reporting purposes.
Help prepare summaries and reports for management review.
Collaborate with other internal teams to resolve queries related to claims.
Maintain proper documentation and filing for audit and compliance purposes.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in claims handling.
Overall, as an intern in the Finance (Claims) team, you will gain hands‑on experience in financial operations, focusing on employee claims and reimbursements. You will assist in processing claims, verifying documentation, and supporting the team in maintaining compliance and efficiency. This role offers exposure to internal finance processes in a professional services environment.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with finance systems is an advantage.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Team player with a willingness to learn and contribute.
