An internship opportunity in Markets – Knowledge Management & Insights (KM&I) within Internal Firm Services offers the chance to play a key role in knowledge sharing across the PwC Indonesia firmwide, helping us continually enhance the services we provide to our internal users. In this role, you will assist in organising and managing various information sources, while also providing library services, information research, and administrative support to internal users.
In knowledge management at PwC, you will focus on the organisation, creation, and dissemination of knowledge and information within the organisation. Your work will involve developing and implementing knowledge management strategies, processes, and tools to capture, store, and share knowledge effectively. You will collaborate with various teams to identify knowledge gaps, facilitate knowledge sharing, and promote industry leading practices to enhance organisational learning and decision-making.
- Support staff with a variety of tasks and make daily contributions to the team.
- Prepare weekly and/or bi-weekly reports.
- Handle information research requests using subscribed databases and external sources.
- Provide support for the annual stock opname activity of the KM&I Library.
- Assist with content development for the Markets SharePoint Site, including Company Awards and general information about PwC.
- Support logistics and distribution activities related to the delivery of PwC Indonesia publications to clients
- Assist the distribution of industry reports across the PwC Indonesia firmwide network
- Assist the distribution of weekly regulation updates across the PwC Indonesia firmwide network
- Familiarity with regulations hierarchy in Indonesia
- Experience in managing Indonesian government regulation documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
- High attention to detail.
- Have passion in desk research and have sense to recheck the quality of information before formulating analysis/thoughts
- Strong English writing skills.
- Initiative and proactiveness, with attention to detail and understand the priorities.
- Ability to contribute new ideas and provide valuable input.
- Commitment to a 6-month internship period.
- Ability to work under pressure and strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with using Generative AI tools (Copilot) for desk research and writing activities.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly adapt to recent technology trends in daily work
