Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Trainee Engineers to join our team. This role is ideal for Final year engineering graduates with strong foundation in Electronics Hardware who are eager to kickstart their careers in collaborative and innovative environment.

As a Trainee Engineer, you will work closely with experienced professionals to develop, troubleshoot, and optimize applications using cutting-edge technologies. This internship provides hands-on experience in Hardware design, Design analysis, testing and hardware validation for cutting-edge technology and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in electronic schematic design for various hardware projects.
  • Validate component selection and ensure compliance with design standards.
  • Research alternative components and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • Support the analysis of signal / power supply circuits and mixed signal integrity checks.
  • Support PCB layout activities using Siemens Mentor graphics tool.
  • Perform hardware functional testing, debugging, and validation on prototype boards.
  • Prepare test reports, design notes, and update design documentation.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and best practices.
  • Apply strong problem-solving skills to deliver innovative and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for design improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering (ECE/EIE/ETC) with aggregate minimum 70% marks with no backlogs.
  • Basic knowledge of electronics and circuit design.
  • Familiarity with PCB design tools.
  • Understanding of power supply design concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive and dynamic approach.
  • A passion for learning and growing in a fast-paced environment.
