SUMMER INTERNSHIP 2026 - Global Talent Management Intern - Early Careers Team

We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented intern who is excited about Talent Management, early talent development, and creating meaningful experiences for students and interns.

As part of the Global Early Careers team within Talent Management, you will support initiatives focused on attracting, engaging, and developing early talent while collaborating with colleagues across different teams and regions.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with interest in collaborating with universities, student organizations, and external partners
  • Openness to public speaking and representing the company during campus events, student meetups, hackathons, and other Early Careers activities
  • Interest in recruitment, talent programs, and creating positive candidate and intern experiences
  • Good organizational skills and willingness to support coordination of events, projects, and internship-related activities
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, international environment and connecting with different stakeholders
  • Positive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn and bring new ideas
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to communicate openly and work together to find solutions
  • Interest in Talent Management and understanding how internship programs support talent growth within organizations

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with Workday or other HR systems
  • Interest in AI tools and new technologies
  • Previous involvement in student organizations, volunteering, events, or community initiatives
  • Experience supporting projects, events, or recruitment-related activities
