• Customer Portal Access
• Daily basis Login the customer Portals.
• Ontime Support to Upload the Payment advices from the Customer Portal and Common mailbox and upload in the Shared FoldersAccess the Common mail box and downloading the files daily basis
• Ontime Downloading the Debit advices and naming the Debit advices with Reference # and Upload in the Shared Folders
• Periodically Downloading the Self Billing Invoices of the Customers from the Portal and uploading in the Shared Folders Saved the Documents in the resepective LE's as per the Folder Created
• Daily basis updating the Forecast Tracker for France , Poland and Germany region as per the Treasury shared Drive.
• Respond ontime for the queries from the Chat box Created by Zone wise
• Create the request for the Customer Log in whenever the new Customer Created
