Responsibilities
- Assist engineers in implementing Repair Process Standard Work (RPSW) requirements within the product value stream.
- Support engineers in the industrialization of new products/repairs, facilitating smooth transition to production.
- Contribute to process improvement, automation, and technology implementation projects to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Participate in and support company-wide initiatives such as Customer Oriented Results and Excellence (CORE), Technology & Automation, and Lean Manufacturing activities.
Requirements
- Degree Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering disciplines.
- Understand and follow standard operation procedures (SOP).
- Proactive and able to work independently.
Learning Outcome
- Exposure to Aerospace MRO industry, Engine Center / Component Repair / Manufacturing.
- Learning continuous improvement tools (CORE – Customer Oriented Results & Excellence).
