You will work closely with cross-functional teams to explore, implement, and document innovative solutions in areas such as:

·         Digital Compliance – supporting documentation, testing, and reporting of system compliance processes.

·         Employee Time & Attendance Management – assisting in the analysis and enhancement of digital tools that track and optimize workforce productivity.

 

Responsibilities

·         Assist in the development and testing of digital technology solutions and workflows.

·         Document system configurations, process flows, and user guidelines.

·         Support data gathering and analysis for system improvement and optimization.

·         Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions align with compliance and governance standards.

·         Participate in user training, support, and change management initiatives.
