Job Description
Responsibilities
Attend Application Management Services (AMS) meetings with various stakeholders and document minutes of meetings for follow-up and record-keeping
Assist in daily operations support such as reviewing and responding to user queries
Review and respond to tenant portal enquiries and issues
Assist with the preparation of Change Advisory Board (CAB) materials and participating in CAB sessions
Maintain and update user guides and support materials
Contribute to process improvement initiatives by implementing solutions using tools such as RPA, Microsoft Copilot, SharePoint, Power Automate, Forms, etc
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems or any other related disciplines
Knowledge of commercial Real estate practices for facilities management will be an advantage
Analytical thinking and meticulous
