Intern - Credit & Collections

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the collection activities for AsiaPac Region
• Weekly invoice distribution tracking and VAT invoice checking
• Customer auditing confirmation letter
• CD shipment tracking
• Customer registration form
• WHT certification tracking and filing
• Providing supports to Credit & Collections team members in other regions
• Occasional projects and ad hoc reports as required

Requirements & Experience

• Working language in Mandarin and English
• Detail oriented and well self-organized
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• At least 2~3 working days per week
