The role demands a blend of project leadership and deep technical expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem.
In this role, you’ll manage the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. You’ll work closely with clients on the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that leverage Microsoft technologies. You’ll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to guide the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference.
What You'll Work On:
Driving end-to-end delivery of large-scale M365 projects.
Developing comprehensive project plans, defining success criteria, tracking schedules, and managing the project roadmap and release cycles.
Working with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and implement scalable solutions.
Identifying potential issues, proposing solutions, and mitigating risks to keep initiatives on track.
Providing clear, compelling project narratives and status updates to both technical and executive-level audiences.
Ensuring data integrity, updating internal best practices, and governing the implementation and use of M365 tools.

You Have:
5+ years of experience in Project management using Agile Methodology
Experience with Atlassian Products
Experience with Microsoft 365 tools, Power Platform
Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
Knowledge of the full Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Azure AD
Ability to take a metric-driven approach to measure impact, often involving Microsoft Power BI for reporting and interactive dashboards
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
SCM or PMP Certification
Nice If You Have:
Knowledge of email routing, DNS, hybrid configurations, and PowerShell scripting
Power Platform Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
