About The Team
The Corporate Communication Analyst Intern will join the Supply Chain Digital Transformation team within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) procurement organization at FIS. We’re a close-knit team whose primary aim is to improve the efficiency of processes within the organization. By implementing new technologies, we’re enhancing efficiency and making procurement processes smoother, faster, and more intuitive. We value collaboration and teamwork, and our team members work closely together to develop and implement strategies for modernizing the Supply Chain organization of the future.
About the Role
The Corporate Communication Analyst Intern will enhance supply chain business processes by leading the product marketing efforts for innovative business solutions by creating engaging digital content with a strong focus on AI-powered video tools. Using platforms such as Synthesia, Powtoon, and other emerging technologies, the Digital Media Specialist will produce product videos, training modules, engaging keynotes, slide decks, and other marketing content. They will collaborate directly with senior stakeholders to ensure all media aligns with FIS’ corporate communications strategy and brand guidelines, driving visibility, engagement, and consistency across channels. The Digital Media Specialist will increase visibility to leadership regarding SCM-developed solutions, driving user engagement and satisfaction across various roles at FIS by creating clear, accessible, and engaging content at scale.
The position will be fully remote, with occasional travel to the office as needed. In-person outings will be organized for the co-op students during the term and attendance is encouraged.
The position is available is an 8-month co-op placement.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Corporate Communication Analyst, you will drive the product marketing efforts of the operational transformation team. You will work with the team to represent our flagship digital products to executive leadership. Your responsibilities will include:
Designing and developing engaging AI-generated videos and presentation materials that clearly convey the value of our solutions
Creating product marketing videos, including storyboarding, scriptwriting, editing, and post-production, to showcase the benefits of our products
Using tools such as Synthesia, Powtoon, and other AI-driven platforms to create content
Ensuring all video, presentation, and digital media outputs adhere to FIS brand standards for tone, visuals, and messaging consistency
Recording and editing professional voiceovers for product explainer videos, ensuring clear and concise messaging that aligns with the product tone
Developing visual assets, such as infographics and icons, for use in marketing materials and presentation decks, aligning with existing brand guidelines
Collaborating with team members to ensure all digital media accurately reflects the product’s capabilities and audience needs
Gathering feedback to refine product marketing messaging and visuals
Supporting digital marketing efforts by adapting digital content for social media platforms
Organizing and managing digital assets, ensuring ease of access and version control
Staying current on the latest AI content creation tools to help recommend new approaches and enhance efficiency
What You Bring
Enrollment in a Bachelor’s program in a related field (Media Production, Marketing, Business) – but above all, a passion for digital media is what truly matters!
Must be actively enrolled in an accredited Co‑operative Education program at an Ontario university or college for the full duration of the placement, from January 2026 through August 2026.
A portfolio of digital media projects that demonstrates your passion for the craft (videos, graphic design, magazine design, etc.)
Knowledge and experience with video creation and editing software (e.g., Synethesia, Powtoon, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
Knowledge and experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer, Figma, etc.)
Ability to craft compelling narratives for marketing purposes and convey complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging way including Storyboarding as a means of communication
Awareness of or experience working within brand guidelines to maintain consistency in visual identity, messaging and overall style
Basic knowledge of marketing principles, particularly in the software/financial space
Strong writing and communication skills for scripts, voiceovers, and other product messaging
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams
Excellent attention to detail
Not Required, But An Asset
Basic knowledge of web and UX principles
Prior experience with professional voiceovers
