Role Summary

As an intern at Ensono, you will have a direct impact working with your team and also take part in programming provided by our Training and Development team. This will include project work, professional development, a business challenge culminating in presenting to our executive leadership team, and networking opportunities.
 
Our summer internship is the entry point into our 12-month rotational program. The program aims to create a pathway to full time employment and develop well rounded junior associates with great potential.
 
Each summer we choose two interns to join Ensono full-time and gain experience in different departments over 3-month rotations. Because of this, our ideal intern candidate would graduate by Spring 2026 or December 2026 and be interested in full-time opportunities after the internship ends.

Ensono’s paid internship is a 12-week program that runs from May 18th to August 7th, 2026 and could lead to a part-time or full-time position within Ensono.

What You Will Do:

The successful intern will partner with sr. planners and/ leadership to provide detailed analytics on the data that is captured from the various planning tools and platforms (compute – Mainframe, Server, Storage, Network etc.). The intern will need to understand critical data flow and ensure all the tasks/jobs are accurately completed accordingly in order to provide the source data for the next level of analysis.  The intern will help build complex database queries, utilize Python and/or other languages/codes to enhance, automate and build correlations across platforms (e.g. server, storage etc.) via Ensono data warehousing. Coupling with latest AI / ML technologies to help improve the quality and predictability of capacity that is critical across all platforms. The intern will also help create and document critical process in supportive of capacity management related functions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree preferrable in Engineering, IT discipline with business related coursework

  • Intern should have deep research ability, data analytics and process (flow, tree etc.) background

  • Experience with PowerBI, data analytics tools, databases – SQL, API (e.g. using Python), Python and various Microsoft tools/apps (excel etc.) would

  • Knowledge or experience with snowflakes is a plus

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $20.00/hr based on a full-time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs.
