Job Summary
The Supervisor, Disbursement manages the performance & efficiency of individual contributors within a single function. They stay close to day-to-day production and provide immediate support with file-level tasks escalations, and associate needs. They own duties where attention to detail and identifying trends will be critical to drive a great employee experience and operational efficiency. They effectively implement solutions created by the Senior Supervisor(s), Manager(s), and Director. They partner with Ops leaders to increase the speed and quality of work of all employees. They are developing their coaching, team-building, people management, and leadership skills.

At Doma, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
