About the Role  

Our internship program offers a learning experience designed to cultivate the next generation of industry leaders, thinkers, and creators. Join us for 5 weeks of immersive hands-on learning, mentorship, and the opportunity to make a real impact. 

What You'll Do

We offer two distinct tracks tailored to different passions and skill sets: 

  1. Business Track

For those passionate about the strategic side of advertising. This track is ideal for individuals who thrive on understanding client needs, developing strategic plans, and driving measurable results. You'll gain insight into how campaigns are managed, from initial concept to execution and analysis. This track covers 4 functions in the agency: 

  • Account Management: Learn to build and nurture client relationships, understand project briefs, and ensure seamless delivery of advertising solutions. 
  • PR (Public Relations): Explore the art of reputation management, media outreach, influencer management and crafting compelling narratives to shape public perception. 
  • Strategy: Dive into market research, consumer insights, and developing overarching strategic frameworks that guide creative campaigns. 
  • C2 (Content & Context) Performance: Focus on data-driven marketing, campaign optimization, and understanding the metrics that define success and drive conversions. 
  1. Creative Track

For those who want to shape the visual and written identity of brands. If you have a knack for storytelling, design, and bringing ideas to life, this track is for you. You'll contribute to crafting the compelling messages and aesthetics that captivate audiences. This track covers 4 functions in the agency: 

  • Art Direction: Develop visual concepts, mood boards, and aesthetic guidelines that define the look and feel of advertising campaigns. 
  • Copywriting: Master the craft of persuasive writing, developing compelling headlines, taglines, and long-form content for various platforms.
  • Delivery/Design: Work on the execution of visual assets, ensuring designs are polished, on-brand, and optimized for different mediums. 
  • Production: Understand the logistics and processes involved in bringing creative concepts to life, from photoshoots to video production. 

What You’ll Need  

We're searching for enthusiastic and talented individuals who meet the following criteria: 

  1. Current university student: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program. 
  2. Active in school organizations: Demonstrates leadership, teamwork, and engagement beyond academics. 
  3. With strong communication skills: Able to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively. 
  4. Shows eagerness to learn: Proactive, curious, and open to new challenges and feedback. 
  5. Amenable to work as a full-time intern for 5 weeks: Committed to dedicating your time fully to the program for its duration.
