KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

The candidate will gain valuable insight into investment business operations and experience collaborating with our dynamic and diverse investment teams, offering a firsthand perspective on what it’s like to work for one of Asia’s largest asset management firms.

  • Learn about business management practices and gain hands-on experience with front-office workflows and processes.
  • Support efforts to improve and streamline processes related to the management of the investment business.
  • Assist in developing tools and solutions that enhance business outcomes for stakeholders, including dashboards and Management Information (MI) reporting.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate currently pursuing bachelor’s program, preferably in Mathematics, Finance, Science, Engineering, or related quantitative fields
  • Strong passion for financial markets and the asset management industry
  • Eye for detail with strong numeric ability and language skills
  • Able to use Microsoft Office software competently, especially Excel and Powerpoint
  • Programming skills and knowledge of AI agentic workflows are a plus
  • Naturally curious with willingness to learn, an inquisitive and problem-solving mindset
