Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Learning Experience and Journey:

  • Gain exposure to the lyf brand and understand how brand strategy is translated into operational execution and commercial performance across the portfolio.
  • Learn how different functions including Operations, Commercial, Brand, HR and Business Development collaborate to deliver the lyf guest experience.
  • Observe and support cross-functional alignment during brand, operational and commercial initiatives.
  • Understand the different lyf property typologies within Singapore through hands-on project involvement.

Developing Skill Sets Through Projects:

Operations & Guest Experience

  • Assist in developing brand & ops assets to support lyf properties and clusters.
  • Assist in developing and refining guidelines that translate lyf brand promises into practical, on-property operating practices.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to support service initiatives across social spaces, community areas and events.

Commercial & Brand Activation

  • Assist in identifying, researching and evaluating commercial partnerships, activations and vendors that support guest engagement and ancillary revenue.
  • Conduct research and analysis on the commercial impact of activations and brand-led initiatives.
  • Support ad hoc projects which focus on developing the brand within existing and new projects.
  • Assist to curate and develop guidelines for delivering brand promises and collaborating with different level of stakeholders to scale-up the brand.

Job Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Hospitality or a related field
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, digitally savvy and people-oriented
  • Strong interest in lifestyle hospitality, hotel operations and commercial performance
  • Innovative team player with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrates accountability and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Self-motivated, proactive and energetic
