Job Description

As an intern with the Asset Management team, you will gain hands-on experience in managing retail and commercial real estate assets across Singapore. This internship will provide valuable exposure to key aspects of asset management, including financial analysis, market research, and strategy implementation. 

Responsibilities 

Financial & Asset Performance Support  

  • Assist in preparing financial models and reports to track the performance of shopping malls and office properties 

  • Support the development of dashboards and presentations to provide insights for management  

  • Assist with budget preparation and forecasting for various assets within the portfolio  

Market Research & Data Analysis  

  • Conduct research on retail and office property trends, consumer behaviours, and competitor performance 

  • Compile and analyse data to contribute to market intelligence reports to inform leasing and support investment decisions 

Strategic Asset Management  

  • Support initiatives to optimise asset performance through space planning, trade mix strategies, and tenant repositioning 

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for asset enhancement and improve tenant experience 

Projects & Initiatives  

  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects involving leasing, digital transformation, marketing, and sustainability 

  • Assist in project coordination and contribute ideas to streamline processes and enhance reporting tools 

  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned   

Requirements  

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate, Business Management, or any other related disciplines 

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel   

  • Analytical and detail-oriented  

  • Adaptable and Independent 

  • Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
