The Safety Specialist role is responsible for utilising their expertise in the Domain area to contribute to the efficient execution of programs and projects. This individual will collaborate effectively with colleagues, actively participate in discussions, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and development.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

  • <point>Collaborate with the cross-functional Safety stakeholders such as Product Safety, Customer Support, and Local Operation teams to identify root causes of safety incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.</point>
  • <point>Collect, document, and evaluate Safety standards per market and associated gaps.</point>
  • <point>Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the safety improvement plan.</point>
  • <point>Compile and maintain safety playbooks for the Local Operations team.</point>
  • <point>Support the rollout and adoption of Safety features at a market level to improve Safety KPIs.</point>

  • <point>You have strong English communication skills and have demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.</point>
