How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Project: Statistical Process Control (SPC) setup and Data Analytics 

Work Location: 20 Tuas West Avenue

Responsibilities:

The Interns would be expected to undertake the following activities:

  • Engagement in Processes Statistical Project Studies utilizing 3 Sigma Methodology and evaluating possible underlying processes drift.
  • Utilizing state of art SPC and SQC system tools in plant processes trend monitoring alongside with root cause analysis and investigational activities on any production process anomalies 
  • Involvement in data analytics trending and tracing assignments studies thereby beefing up the plant operational processes robustness
  • Interfacing with cross functional technical teams during onsite/virtual meetings and attending operational project discussions entailing meeting minutes drafting using corporate AI tools system.
  • Participation in metrology studies and support in Hazop, Risk Assessments and PLC upgrading projects
  • Process P&ID hands-on verification assignments and updates

    Are you a MATCH?

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
    • Analytical and good problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Adaptable and flexibility to work on different projects
    • Advantage with Autocad and programming languages knowledge
