工作内容
1. 负责客户全球各区域（亚太，欧洲，中东非，美洲）设计质量审核，根据已颁布的客户各类型办公室的设计标准，例行审视各区域项目的设计图纸质量，包括平面规划质量，安全动线是否合理，各功能区面积数量是否合理，材料应用是否合理等。
2. 收集一线反馈问题，结合例行设计审核，总结规则和实际需求的偏差，每月定期输出设计质量报告，提供标准更新迭代的依据。
3.海外餐厅厨房设计管理:基于海外餐厅设计标准，参与餐厅平面和效果设计评审。参与厨房产品线设计评审，对厨房设备清单进行梳理，迭代厨房设计标准。
4.根据历史数据的总结和一线问题反馈，进行数据收集和整理，输出【设计标准优化建议报告]，不断迭代规则要求，满足区域的建设需求。
岗位能力要求：有相关设计管理经验，熟练应用PPT和EXCEL等，有较好英文能力，高强度抗压能力。
