As an Intelligence Operations Support or Collection and Information Manager Intelligence Professional, you will play a key role in employing, managing, organizing, and tasking collection capabilities across ground reconnaissance, Counter Intelligence and Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT), Signal Intelligence (SIGINT), Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), and Measurement and Signal Intelligence (MASINT). You will apply advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge within the DoD.
Your work will involve developing innovative solutions to a variety of moderately complex problems, working independently with some guidance, and potentially mentoring junior employees. In this role, you will receive, develop, validate, organize, prioritize, assign, request, and monitor intelligence collection requirements, including Ad Hoc Requirements (AHR) and Time Sensitive Collection Requirements (TSCR). You will develop all-source collection strategies and tracking matrices to address intelligence gaps, plan and assess ISR collection efficiency, and serve as a subject matter expert in collection requirements management at working groups and conferences. Your responsibilities will also include researching and recommending improvements to current collection and analysis procedures, managing collection plans with advanced systems and tools, coordinating with other DoD entities, and assisting in training Marines in Collection Management processes. Your expertise will be vital in supporting and advancing the mission of our nation’s defense.

You Have:
3+ years of experience as a Collection Manager
Experience with IC-standard collection requirements and operations management systems, databases, tools, and processes
Experience briefing General or Flag Officers and collaborating with Primary Staff members
Knowledge of collection plans, strategies, and intelligence community coordination processes
Knowledge of ISR programs, assets, sensors, and systems
Knowledge of multi-intelligence collection disciplines, including SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, and OSINT
Knowledge of Marine Corps Doctrinal Publications
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED
Graduate of a Collection Managers Course
Nice If You Have:
Experience with the Marine Corps Planning Process (MCPP), Joint Planning Process (JPP) or similar military planning processes such as Military Decision-Making Process, or Rapid Response Planning Process
Experience supporting Service, COCOM or Joint Staff Operations
Experience working with Joint and National Intelligence Support to Military Operations
Experience working with USMC Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (TENCAP) programs
Possession of strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
