JOB TITLE: Integrator

SALARY: £59,850 - £66,500         

LOCATION: Newport until September 2026, then moving to Cardiff from September onwards

HOURS: Full-time

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at our office site listed above.

We’re recruiting Integrators to join the Transport Platform, working within of 2 of our Labs; Consumer and Enablement.

The successful candidate will support delivery of key IT and business change. We operate an agile delivery model, working with feature teams and Product Owners to deliver exciting change into our Transport business.

In this role you’ll

  • Develop the sequence for integration related tasks in collaboration with the Product Owner, Customer Journey Manager and Engineering teams which will be aligned to the lab Product Roadmap and backlog.
  • Work with partners across the wider bank, outside of our lab to ensure interlock, enabling delivery at pace.
  • Identify blockers to delivery and, where possible, mitigate/resolve, raising to product owners/lab leadership where required.
  • Act as interface between our suppliers (3rd Party) and key business partners.
  • Manage complex and high-risk implementations requiring integration between multiple parties (internal/external) to ensure safe delivery.
  • Coordinate the integration process and/or implementation events across shared infrastructure; lead on the Service Introduction process, coordinating parties to get the change over the line.
  • Provide expertise (not content) for delivery governance activity owned by the Product Owner

What you’ll need

  • A strong ability in Agile Methodology, Tools and Ways of Working - Managing complex change within a business area through experience of agile teams, adapting to new ways of working quickly and efficiently
  • A track record in developing and improving relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to build consensus and improve delivery of change outcomes
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Confirmed experience working across business and engineering teams to deliver integrated, customer-focused solutions.
  • Reporting & Governance: Experience in planning, tracking, reporting and governance; experience in communicating regular status updates to key senior colleagues and resolving high priority issues affecting delivery
  • Proven leadership skills in managing critical risks/issues/dependencies arising out of Status Reporting and agile meetings - taking ownership for critical issues and ensuring resolution within agreed timescales

It would be great if you also had:

  • Technical knowledge including infrastructure is advantageous
