Design, develop, and integrate robust, repeatable MEMS fabrication processes from concept through pilot.
Lead development projects to create new process sequences and deliver prototypes, progressing projects through MPQP gates.
Apply advanced Design of Experiments (DoE), including multivariate and fractional factorial methods, for process development, improvement, and problem solving.
Establish, analyze, and optimize process windows using SPC, process capability analysis, and measurement system analysis (MSA).
Identify, analyze, and resolve complex process, yield, and equipment issues across modules using structured problem-solving methods (PDCA, Is/Is Not, Fishbone, 5‑Why, 8D, A3).
Perform and maintain PFMEA, control plans, and error‑proofing strategies to reduce risk and variation.
Lead process change requests (PCRs), define scope and impact, and recommend updates to standard processes, equipment, and capabilities.
Develop and maintain complete and accurate process flow diagrams, travelers, work instructions, training checklists, Device Master Records (DMR), and process documentation.
Design manufacturable process flows with a focus on quality, yield, cycle time, and cost.
Collaborate with process engineering and operations teams to transfer new processes into manufacturing and support prototype fabrication.
Evaluate customer requirements, analyze feasibility of technical requests, and define process integration strategies.
Represent Teledyne MEMS as a technical interface to customers, supporting technical discussions, design reviews, quotes, and scope changes.
Provide technical input to quotes, including process definition, cost, yield, and risk estimates.
Lead and participate in design reviews, design sprints, and cross‑functional problem‑solving initiatives.
Interact effectively across the organization, recognizing interdependencies and addressing issues at functional interfaces.
Work independently with limited supervision while leading small technical teams.
