The Role
We are hiring an Integration Engineer to own the technical success of Conviva SDK integrations within our customers’ applications. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic customer engagement. The ideal candidate is a strong programmer and systems thinker who thrives on diagnosing complex issues, managing multiple priorities, and partnering closely with customers to drive measurable integration success.
What You’ll Do
- Own the technical strategy and execution for complex Conviva SDK integrations across strategic customer accounts.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer engineering leadership, guiding architecture decisions and ensuring scalable, best-practice implementations.
- Lead deep technical troubleshooting efforts, including root cause analysis across application code, SDK behavior, networking, and platform-specific constraints.
- Design and implement custom solutions or enhancements to address unique customer requirements while maintaining SDK integrity and long-term maintainability.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities, advocate for customer needs, and drive systemic improvements to SDK reliability and usability.
- Establish and refine integration best practices, documentation, and internal playbooks to scale integration excellence across the organization.
- Manage multiple high-impact integration initiatives simultaneously, driving them from initial engagement through successful production deployment.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand Conviva’s footprint within customer environments by demonstrating technical value and delivering a frictionless integration experience.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including customer-facing technical engagements.
- Strong application development experience across at least two platforms (iOS, Android, Web, Roku, Smart TV ecosystems).
- Deep understanding of object-oriented design principles and software architecture.
- Deep interest or experience in AI-driven systems, including agentic architectures, LLM-based agents, tool orchestration, and production deployment considerations (observability, guardrails, scalability).
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions with customer engineering teams, including architecture reviews and troubleshooting sessions.
- Highly accountable, execution-focused, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Clear, concise communicator with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both engineering and non-engineering stakeholders.

The expected salary range for this full-time position is $150,000- $250,000 + equity + benefits. Compensation is determined by numerous factors such as your qualifications, experience, relevant education or training, and work location.
