Start your day from home and travel to commercial customer sites
Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems
Diagnose and repair rooftop units, split systems, walk-ins, reach-ins & related equipment
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components
Identify potential issues before they become costly breakdowns
Communicate clearly with customers regarding system performance and recommendations
Maintain accurate service records and manage your daily schedule efficiently
Participate in on-call rotation as needed
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in rooftops, mechanical rooms & outdoor conditions
Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime
EPA Universal Certification
Experience in commercial HVAC/R systems
VRF, rack refrigeration, or controls experience
Military mechanical background
A strong independent work ethic with a team-first mindset
