Key Responsibilities
- Perform direct field labor activities under the supervision of Team Leaders and Managers.
- Support intermediate-level system design, implementation, and maintenance activities.
- Execute project delivery tasks requiring technical expertise, including:
- System integration
- Configuration and setup
- Testing and optimization
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving system issues during project execution.
- Provide O&M field labor support when required to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Follow safety, quality, and company standards while executing field activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support timely and effective project delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education & Experience (any one of the following):
- University degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, OR
- 2-year technical degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, OR
- An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Basic to intermediate technical knowledge of systems and field operations.
- Ability to work effectively under supervision in field environments.
- Hands-on experience in system implementation, integration, or maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to support O&M activities as needed.
What We Look For:

- To successfully meet Service growth objectives by identifying and selling new PSA and O&M opportunities (along with renewal opportunities)
- Preferred Educational Level: Degree onwards and/or relevant industry experience
- Experience Required: 6+ years and above experience in CFS or HVACR industry service or sales function
- Good communication, analytical, organizing & relationship management skills
- Must be a proactive team player
