Integrated Risk Management Business/Project Analyst, Senior Manager

Who we are looking for

This role supports governance, reporting, and enablement for the Archer Integrated Risk Management (IRM) program by coordinating program-level status, facilitating oversight forums, and enabling clear communications and training for stakeholders.

As a member of the Archer Integrated Risk Management (IRM) team, this Business Project Analyst will be responsible for supporting Program Governance & Oversight of the Archer IRM Portfolio of Projects, collaborating with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to collect and evaluate project updates, facilitating weekly program status meetings with the full program team, and preparing and distributing Monthly Program Status Reports.  In addition, this Business Project Analyst will also provide support to the Training and Communications workstream, drafting communications for distribution to our stakeholders and maintaining our program SharePoint site, including general information and targeted training materials. An understanding of integrated risk management and the Archer product suite will help the candidate succeed in this role.

As a Business Project Analyst, you will

Primary Focus (70%) – Program Governance & Reporting

  • Partner with global program and technical leads across time zones to collect and validate weekly project status updates
  • Review project updates (accomplishments, upcoming tasks, milestones, and risks) for accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with SDLC guidelines
  • Identify inconsistent, inaccurate, or stale updates and validate key milestone dates with Product Owners and Scrum Masters
  • Assist with facilitation of weekly program status meetings, including preparation of materials, presentation of overall program health, and escalation of risks and dependencies
  • Produce and distribute recurring Archer IRM program reporting (weekly and monthly status reports)

Secondary Focus (30%) – Training, Communications & SharePoint Enablement

  • Support development and publication of internal communications for the Archer IRM program
  • Partner with stakeholders to support training and communication plans aligned to program needs
  • Coordinate and maintain training materials across multiple delivery channels (e.g., SharePoint, presentations, job aids)
  • Use feedback, metrics, and engagement data to recommend improvements to training and communications content
  • Administer and maintain the Archer IRM SharePoint site, including content organization, publishing standards, and periodic refreshes
  • Monitor and report on SharePoint usage metrics to support stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience supporting complex, cross‑functional projects
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience producing program status reporting and executive-ready materials
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint for executive-ready presentations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in risk management, compliance, or internal controls
  • Familiarity with Archer IRM or similar GRC platforms
  • SharePoint site administration experience
  • Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Formal project management training or certification (e.g., PMP)
