Collibra

Integrated Marketing Program Specialist

Prague, Czech Republic Full Time

Joining Collibra’s Marketing team

We are the Revenue Architects for Collibra. Our team is responsible for designing the entire system—or "funnel"—that turns someone who has never heard of us into a loyal customer. We are not just running ads; we are strategic leaders who use data and advanced technology to target the perfect accounts, deliver highly personalized messages, and make sure every dollar we spend is driving predictable, high-quality growth. We are the bridge between Marketing, Sales, and the underlying technology that makes it all work seamlessly.

The Integrated Marketing Program Specialist reports to the Director of Integrated Marketing.

You will be the primary execution support for the Integrated Marketing team, partnering closely with Marketing Operations (MOPS), who manages the technical health and data integrity of our marketing technology stack.

This is a hybrid role based in our Prague office. Our hybrid model means you’ll work from the office at least two days each week. This setup helps us stay connected, work more closely together, and keep making progress as a team.

The Integrated Marketing Program Specialist at Collibra is responsible for:

  • Campaign Execution & Launch: Taking ownership of the accurate and timely launch of multi-channel campaigns (email, paid social, display ads) across specific target accounts and personas, following established plans.
  • Asset Management: Ensuring all content assets (e.g., landing pages, emails, ad copy) are finalized, properly proofed, and delivered to MOPS for deployment within the Marketing Automation Platform.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting Support: Assisting the Senior Manager with monitoring daily and weekly campaign performance. This includes gathering data points and helping to maintain the Integrated Marketing-owned dashboards that report on program success.
  • Budget Support: Assisting the Senior Manager with tracking campaign spend against the budget and helping to consolidate invoices or spend data before it is handed off to finance.
  • ABM Campaign Setup: Working with the Senior Manager to prepare the necessary components (e.g., audience lists, message variations) for personalized Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, based on Field Account Requirements.
  • System Monitoring: Flagging issues and inconsistencies in data flows, tracking, or campaign health (e.g., system downtime) to the MOPS team for escalation.
  • Requesting Technical Setup: You will work with MOPS to ensure all campaigns are technically ready to launch, including requesting that MOPS verifies all segmentation, UTMs, and naming conventions are correct for accurate reporting.
  • List and Data Integrity: You will submit lists to MOPS for processing, upload, and segmentation checks, leveraging their expertise to maintain Database Health.
  • Automated Workflow Support: You will support the Senior Manager by providing content and workflow steps to MOPS for implementing and testing new automated lead nurturing programs.

You have

  • Experience in Strategy: 3-5 years of progressive experience in B2B performance marketing and full-funnel strategy, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Basic Technical Curiosity: An interest in learning and understanding marketing technology platforms like Marketo, Salesforce, and basic attribution concepts.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, necessary for coordinating with team members across different functions (MOPS, Content, Sales).
  • Problem-Solving Approach: A proactive approach to identifying minor issues and bringing them to the attention of the appropriate team member.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required
  • You must have work authorization to work in Prague, CZ.

You are

  • Meticulous: You ensure that every piece of a campaign—from a list to a landing page link—is flawless before launch.
  • A Reliable Executor: You thrive in a support role, taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through to completion.
  • Eager to Learn: You actively seek to understand the "why" behind the senior team's strategies and the "how" behind the MOPS team's processes.
  • Collaborative: You enjoy working with different team members and can effectively manage tasks and deadlines across multiple departments.

Measures of success

  • Within your first month: You will be fully trained on the team’s standard campaign launch process (documented in Asana) and successfully execute the final production steps for one small-scale email campaign.
  • Within your third month: You will independently manage the tracking, delivery, and reporting consolidation for all campaign assets across two major multi-channel initiatives, working directly with MOPS on the technical setup.
  • Within your sixth month: You will own the process for distributing weekly performance reports to the wider marketing team and be the go-to resource for campaign enablement materials for all new launches.
