About your new role
The new Carer Gateway Services have been developed as part of national reforms, marking an exciting new era in the delivery of innovative and accessible support for carers. These services aim to provide practical, flexible, and person-centred support tailored to carers’ individual needs.
Carer Gateway offers six key service types:
Join our team as an Intake and Registration Officer with the Carer Gateway in Queensland! The Intake and Registration Officer is responsible for delivering intake and registration services to carers accessing support through the Carer Gateway across Queensland and NSW. This role primarily involves working with carers over the phone to provide information, assess needs, and complete the intake and registration process with empathy and efficiency.
