Position Description:

The Department of Neurological Surgery is seeking applicants for a part‑time Instructor (Term) position. The selected candidate must be a board‑certified or board‑eligible neurosurgeon specializing in Endovascular Neurosurgery and will provide clinical services to meet the neurosurgical needs of the Louisville, KY community. The endovascular fellow will also be responsible for assisting with all procedures performed within Neuroradiology.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical care for patients

  • Perform Vascular surgery on patients

Requirements:

MD and Completed Residency in Neurological Surgery, demonstrated interest and expertise in endovascular neurosurgery.

The Successful candidate will have clinical, academic, and research experience, knowledge in various clinical areas, strong communication skills, a desire for inter-disciplinary collaboration, and a commitment to educate residents and treat patients.
