  • Leading review cycles and incorporating feedback to ensure quality, consistency, and effectiveness
  • Coordinating with production teams and supporting course release through the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Working across regions and time zones while keeping projects on track

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in instructional design for adult learners in corporate training, professional development, or continuing education
  • A degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Sciences, or a related field (certifications are a plus)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a global, multicultural environment

Technical Skills

  • eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia
  • Project management tools (e.g., Smartsheets, Jira, MS Project)
  • Collaboration tools (MS Teams, Google Docs, Slack)
  • Graphic design or video editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) are a plus
