As an Instructional Designer, you will lead the creation, implementation, and continuous enhancement of engaging training programs that drive performance and support organizational goals. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with strong expertise in instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and digital learning technologies. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and trainers to design effective, learner-centered content across various formats.

Role Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable, high-impact training programs aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective and scalable learning experiences.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, managers, and trainers to analyze learner needs, gather feedback, and implement training solutions.

  • Develop interactive eLearning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise.

  • Create high-quality multimedia content using Adobe Creative Cloud applications (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, Captivate, Premiere Pro).

  • Produce supporting training materials (e.g., guides, job aids, infographics, audio, video, simulations, games) aligned with program goals and corporate branding.

  • Create ad-hoc visual design assets such as logos, brochures, banners, and other branded materials to support training and internal communications.

  • Oversee the deployment of instructional materials, ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms and learning ecosystems.

  • Analyze feedback and performance data to refine learning solutions and improve effectiveness.

  • Stay current with trends and best practices in instructional design and learning technologies.

  • Manage multiple instructional design projects from concept to completion.

Role Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in instructional design or training and development.

  • Proficiency in course development software (e.g., Articulate Storyline 360).

  • At least 1 year of experience using graphics/video creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia); other relevant experience will be considered. Experience in video creation/editing (using Adobe Premiere Pro) – beneficial.

  • Strong understanding of e-learning technologies and best practices.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with SMEs, stakeholders, and internal teams.

  • Basic Learning Management Systems (LMS) knowledge and SCORM/xAPI standards.

  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices to ensure training materials are usable by all learners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Education, Instructional Design, Information Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field.

  • Experience working in a global or cross-functional team environment.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 2,416 – 3,795 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
