Join Clario’s Client Training team as an Instructional Designer and play a key role in developing high‑quality training materials for sponsors, CROs, site staff, and internal teams. From on‑demand eLearning and microlearning to interactive virtual sessions and live training, your work will drive confident adoption of Clario’s innovative clinical solutions. What You’ll Be Doing
Design, develop, and maintain training materials and learning assets, including eLearning courses, instructor‑led training, reference manuals, and job aids
Lead all phases of instructional design, including needs analysis, high‑level and detailed design, development, beta testing, finalization for production, rollout, and performance monitoring
Assess learning needs and recommend effective instructional design solutions that meet defined requirements and learner expectations
Develop customer‑facing training related to products, projects, and protocol‑specific deliverables
Create a range of learning formats, including eLearning modules, virtual and instructor‑led training presentations, and text‑based guides
Maintain working knowledge across one or more therapeutic areas and product lines, including Respiratory, Imaging, eCOA, Precision Motion, and Cardiac solutions
Collaborate cross‑functionally with subject matter experts across Content Development, Customer Care, Product Management, and project teams
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of team workflows, processes, and procedures
Proactively identify, communicate, and manage risks in a timely manner
Work a hybrid schedule of 3–4 days per week in the office, with partial‑day on‑site presence (approximately 5 hours on average), and remaining time remote
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree or certification in learning and development, education, business, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in a corporate training or instructional design role, applying proven methodologies to engage learners and drive outcomes
Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
Creative problem‑solving skills and the ability to adapt learning solutions to evolving needs
Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software and tools
Experience with instructional design and authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite
Willingness to provide a portfolio or work samples demonstrating the ability to design and develop high‑quality learning content
It Would Be an Advantage If You Have
Professional certifications in adult learning or instructional design
Experience interpreting technical specifications and developing technical training materials
Experience creating video‑based training content or animations to enhance engagement and clarify complex concepts
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry
