ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Designs and develops engaging eLearning modules, videos, job aids, and other instructional materials using authoring tools.
  • Manages course uploads, enrollments, and reporting within the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Maintains training calendars, attendance tracking, and course evaluations.
  • Assists in needs assessments, learner feedback analysis, and continuous improvement of training programs.
  • Ensures brand consistency and alignment with organizational standards across all learning materials.
  • Serves as a liaison between L&D and internal departments to coordinate participation and content contributions.
  • Coordinates scheduling, logistics, and communication for training events, workshops, and departmental programs.
  • Collaborates with Directors and department leaders to plan and execute large-scale educational events and initiatives.
  • Promotes the image and reputation of the System by exhibiting servant leadership and providing direct and open lines of communication.
  • Contributes to the work of committees, workgroups, project management, and other collaborative efforts of the System.
  • Performs other duties as necessary to ensure the success of the System.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (iSpring and Camtasia preferred).
  • Collaborative team player with a customer service mindset.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate’s degree in Education, Communications, Human Resources, or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning coordination, instructional design, or event planning.
  • Experience working within an LMS environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
