We’re hiring an FTC Insight Manager to work on a hybrid basis from any of our offices in the UK, from February 2026 until February 2027.
Role Summary
The Insight Manager sits within the Dentsu Global Strategy & Insight team, supporting global initiatives and leading the development of insight-led solutions across key clients and strategic opportunities.
The role blends rigorous research, cultural intelligence and innovative problem-solving to create work that is grounded in real human understanding. It supports idea development, strengthens strategic narratives and shapes new solutions that elevate Carat’s offer.
The Insight Manager also helps embed the Designing for People framework across markets, ensuring Empathy, Define and Learn remain central to our approach.

Helps shape new ways of working, new tools and new propositions for clients
The Insight Manager is central to how Dentsu moves from information to insight, and insight to action.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Supporting the development and deployment of Global Research & Insight products
Equipping the Global Strategy team with insight tools for cross-sell and upsell conversations
Delivering high-quality research outputs with clear strategic recommendations
Helping strategists and client teams embed insight into their everyday work
Coordinating multi-market insight inputs for pitches and major briefs
Managing relationships with third-party research partners and intelligence suppliers
Ensuring best practice in applying the Designing for People framework to client and internal work
Qualifications & Skills
Proven background in media, communications or consumer insight
Ability to build research solutions and work creatively with multiple data types
Solid understanding of marketing effectiveness and business drivers
Strong presentation, storytelling and stakeholder-management skills
Robust project management capabilities
Collaborative mindset suitable for global, multi-market environments
Curiosity about culture, technology and innovation
