To handle this challenging problem set, we work closely with all components of GSS as well as Raytheon’s Legal, Contracts & Compliance (LCC), Global Ethics & Compliance (GEC), Human Resources (HR), Employee Relations (ER), Labor Relations (LR), and Digital Technologies (DT) functions, as well as partner with Federal, State, and Local law-enforcement (LE), intelligence and security agencies, Defense Counterintelligence & Security Agency (DCSA), and other counterintelligence organizations. This position can be located in the following locations: Tewksbury, MA Andover, MA Tucson, AZ Huntsville, AL Fullerton, CA San Diego, CA McKinney, TX

What You Will Do

As a direct report to the Counterintelligence & Investigations (CI&I) Lead, you will

  • Serve as the lead proactive component for the team analyzing trends, vulnerabilities, and risks to our employees, facilities, programs.
  • Develop and maintain close collaborative relationships with outside agencies as well as internal organizations such as GSS, Global Trade (GT), GEC, and Legal.
  • Leverage your robust network of internal leaders, US Government customers, and federal/state/local liaison partners in the execution of Raytheon’s CI and InT initiatives
  • Develop and maintain close collaborative relationships with outside agencies as well as internal organizations such as GSS, Global Trade (GT), GEC, and Legal.
  • Develop tools, programs, and methodologies to aid and streamline proactive measures in support of the CI&I mission.
  • Conduct CI assessments of Raytheon sites and surrounding areas to develop detailed reports identifying associated risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Coordinate and execute an awareness campaign around hiring events, university programs, trade shows, and conferences.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
  • Minimum five years’ experience in CI, SAP, LE, Internal Affairs Investigations, and/or Intelligence
  • Experience with Microsoft Products
  • Active and transferable U.S. Government issued Secret clearance is required prior to start date.  U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.   

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Certification by a federal credentialing CI or investigative agency 
  • B.A./B.S. in fields such as Criminal Justice Administration, International Security, Information Systems, International Relations, National Security, Cybersecurity, Business Management/Administration
  • Active SCI Eligibility
  • Insider Threat Manager Certifications

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
