Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer and carrier inboxes
- Respond to customer and carrier inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Track active loads and update ETAs in the system
- Monitor exceptions and proactively communicate delays or issues
- Complete and action daily operational reports
- Identify overdue or at-risk units
- Ensure follow-ups are documented and resolved
- Collaborate with dispatch teams and senior personnel to effectively resolve load-related challenges.
Requirements:
- Transportation experience required
- An Associate's degree or higher is required, or 1-3 years relevant work experience
Must commute to the Tempe office (5 Days a week)
- Tech-savvy with strong critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in English.
