Key objective is to maximize team results by driving sales and ensuring profitability within the small and medium size B2B customers. The role also has the result responsibility for all “mass-market” customers.
This role is responsible for managing, coaching and motivating a team of Inside Sales Representatives. Develop and retain existing customer portfolio and work with recruiting new customers through different channels.
Responsible for develop and drive effective activities and campaigns that support the key objective. Segmentation, market activities, channels, set goals, follow-up results and improve. Also make sure incoming customer matters from Customers andCustomer Service is handled in an effective way.

A) Digital leads from marketing
B) Large/Frame agreement leads from KAM
C) Station leads from RSO
