DXC Technology is looking for an Inside Sales Professional /English plus one additional European language/ to support its international sales activities across Europe, while coordinating sales opportunities between DXC internal teams, Clients, and technology partners. 

In this role, you will contribute to business growth by supporting Key Accounts, Client Partners, and Sales teams in managing sales opportunities, qualifying leads, and developing tailored proposals.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Identifying and developing cross-sell opportunities, while managing and following up on client requests

  • Tracking and supporting the execution of key sales initiatives and programs 

  • Participating in meetings with Account and Sales teams, as well as with customers, to ensure alignment on opportunities and priorities 

Working in close collaboration with DXC Sales teams, you will also contribute to: 

  • The creation and monitoring of opportunities across the sales pipeline (as opportunity owner) 

  • Effective coordination with the Account and Delivery teams to support opportunity development and execution 

Essential Requirements 

  • Previous experience in Sales, including experience in selling IT services or technology solutions 

  • Autonomous, curious, and open-minded, with strong initiative, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills 

  • This position is open to both junior (entry-level) and senior (experienced) profiles 

  • A good understanding of IT services solutions and the technology ecosystem (vendors, partners, distributors) is highly appreciated 

Education & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Sales, or a related field 

  • Previous sales experience; however, entry-level candidates with strong motivation are welcome to apply, including internal candidates considering a move into a Sales role 

  • Familiarity with technical or IT-related terminology is considered a plus 

Skills & Competencies 

  • Strong organizational skills, curiosity, rigor, and a customer-oriented mindset 

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with international teams and multiple stakeholders 

You bring passion, energy, adaptability, and a genuine interest in exploring new opportunities. 

Languages 

  • Fluency in English and one other European language (written and spoken) is mandatory (German, Spanish, French, others)
