Ecolab is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join our Purification Technologies sales team.

What You Will Do:

  • Org Design: Develop future state Inside Sales organization with associated business case

  • Team Leadership: Select, train, develop, and coach inside rep(s) to achieve topline sales growth and customer retention.

  • Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales plans targeting growth opportunities across customer segments and prospects.

  • Performance Management: Assign and oversee key promotions, retention tactics, and customer communications.

  • Strategic Development: Identify and implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.

  • Collaboration: Build strong internal relationships with cross-functional teams and leverage headquarters resources.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Ion exchange experience, or experience in highly technical markets

  • 5 years of technical experience

  • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role 

Preferred qualifications

  • New customer acquisition experience

  • Strategic mindset and leadership capabilities

  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of pricing

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The total Compensation range for this position is $157,900-$236,900 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
