DXC Technology is looking for a Manager – Inside Sales team to drive profitable growth across Europe by leading and developing a high-performing inside sales team.
The Sales manager will ensure strong alignment across stakeholders and drive consistent performance against defined targets. This role focuses on accelerating pipeline development, improving conversion rates, and supporting the execution of sales opportunities in close collaboration with Account and Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing inside sales team to achieve and exceed targets
Own team performance, including quota attainment, pipeline health, and conversion rates
Drive pipeline acceleration through effective qualification, follow-up, and opportunity progression
Support the Account and Sales teams in advancing opportunities through the sales cycle
Set clear goals and performance expectations, and track progress regularly
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and improvement areas
Ensure high-quality pipeline management and data accuracy in sales systems
Partner with Account, Client, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment on priorities and execution
Support hiring, onboarding, and development of inside sales talent
Key Deliverables & Accountabilities
Build a high-performing, well-coached inside sales team
Achieve or exceed team targets through strong execution and pipeline management
Improve pipeline quality, velocity, and conversion rates
Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting based on pipeline insights
Drive consistency and discipline in sales processes and performance tracking
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Professional Experience:
6–10+ years of sales or inside sales experience, preferably in IT services or technology solutions
Proven experience in team leadership roles
Strong track record in deal management, sales execution, and performance improvement
Experience working in international, matrixed environments
Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Execution-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
Data-driven approach with strong analytical and reporting skills
Strong understanding of sales processes, tools, and pipeline management
High level of ownership, accountability, and adaptability
