We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Inside Sales Lead to manage and develop our Inside Sales team, focused on acquiring and onboarding outstanding experiences across key categories such as walking tours, day trips, cruises, outdoor activities, fun parks, and museums. As the Inside Sales Lead, you will own the new-supplier growth engine for the APAC market—setting a high-performance sales rhythm, coaching for excellence, and ensuring we consistently exceed acquisition and revenue targets.
Your mission
- Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and support a team of Inside Sales Executives to achieve and exceed new supplier acquisition and revenue goals.
- Sales Process Execution: Guide the team to deliver compelling pitches, overcome objections, and close deals with suppliers using phone, email, and other channels.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular pipeline reviews, track activity and conversion metrics, and provide actionable feedback through call coaching and deal strategy sessions.
- CRM & Data Integrity: Ensure accurate use of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), maintain clean data, and leverage reporting tools to monitor team performance.
- Supplier Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new suppliers and ensure a smooth transition into our platform.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to resolve issues, accelerate onboarding, and share best practices with some of the key cross-functional stakeholders are located out of Asia.
- Team Development: Support hiring and onboarding of new team members; foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team culture.
- Champion a feedback-driven environment: provide regular call coaching, run effective deal reviews, and create rapid feedback loops for continuous improvement.
- Foster a high-performance and collaborative culture both for the immediate team and the related teams.
Your toolkit
- 3-4 years in B2B inside sales, including 1-2+ years leading high-velocity new business teams (e.g., SDR/AE or inside sales acquisition) with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong operational leader: builds and scales repeatable systems, improves KPIs across the funnel (activity, conversion, cycle time, forecast accuracy), and drives process excellence.
- Exceptional coach and cross-cultural communicator: elevates objection handling, negotiation, and storytelling; runs highly effective call coaching and deal reviews in a virtual environment. Both in English and a local language locally and cross-cul
- Data-driven and process-oriented: expert in using sales tools and software—including CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools—for performance management and forecasting.
- Skilled negotiator with a win-win mentality; comfortable closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals remotely.
- Deep curiosity and business acumen: ties proposals to ROI, efficiency, and risk; adapts messaging to supplier stakeholders.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, international, and entrepreneurial environment; models high ethics, resilience, accountability and bar raising
- Experience in the travel industry, marketplaces, or travel tech is a plus; a relevant network in tourism is an advantage.
- Customer Focus: Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine interest in helping suppliers succeed.
