Major Duties:
Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Interpreting, explaining and applying technical requirements of public-private venture housing and facilities agreements; 2) Using housing software to maintain occupancy records, property account information, inspection records and condition reports; 3) Preparing reports and point papers that include information relative to data collection, analysis and recommendation for action; and 4) Performing housing investigatory or diagnostic inspections triggered by resident concerns, complaints to identify potential maintenance and/or health and safety issues. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
