We are seeking a talented, energetic students to join the Sales Operations team in our Milton location as an Inside Sales Intern. Duration for this role would be for 4 months (May 2026 – August 2026). This position is fully onsite role.

The hourly pay rate for this position is between the range $21-$25. Compensation is determined based on the student’s academic program, year of study, relevant work experience, job responsibilities, and work location.

What you will be doing:
The position will be reporting to the Inside Sales Manager. You’ll get involved in learning, analysing, and collaborating on a variety of tasks related to Inside Sales, thereby contributing to the foundation of a “playbook”. You will gain exposure to customer accounts, and the entire workflow that falls under the responsibility of Inside Sales. You will have duties such as:
Contribute to a draft Inside Sales ‘playbook’: Help create a reference guide that documents key workflows, tasks, and processes for Inside Sales, with the guidance and support from the team.
Learn how Inside Sales works (including, but not limited to): sales calls and emails, quoting, pricing, ad hoc customer service requests, job/project leads, marketing orders, account segmentation, etc.
Observe, participate and support the team by documenting workflows and processes.
Shadow the team to understand daily/weekly/monthly/ workflows and help gather notes that will contribute to the “playbook”.
Collaborate with other departments to understand how Inside Sales fits in.
By the end of the internship, work with the team to produce a draft playbook documenting the key workflows, tasks and processes of Inside Sales.
Assist with other ad hoc projects/tasks.
At the end of your assignment, you will have the opportunity to share information about your experience with other students and with ROCKWOOL management.
What you bring:
Current student pursuing degree in: Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Sales or Marketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to collaborate with other internal team members and departments.
Curious, interested and motivated to learn about Sales; willingness to practice communication skills, and be comfortable working with different teams
Desire to develop these skills: Analysis, Creativity, Detail-Oriented, Organization
Familiar in using AI and CRM tools.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Word).
