We seek a motivated and experienced Affiliate Manager (B2C) to join our B2C marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing our affiliate marketing programs for our various B2C products, building strong relationships with partners, and driving growth through strategic initiatives. This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of affiliate marketing strategies and a proven track record of delivering results

 

So, what will you be doing all day?

  • Develop and Manage Affiliate Programs: Create, implement, and oversee affiliate marketing strategies to increase traffic, leads, and revenue.
  • Recruit and Onboard Affiliates: Identify, approach, and onboard new affiliate partners that align with our various brands and business objectives.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, generating reports and insights to inform strategic decisions and improve ROI.
  • Optimize Campaigns: Continuously assess and optimize affiliate campaigns for maximum effectiveness and profitability.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, management, and product teams to align affiliate strategies with overall company goals.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in affiliate marketing and incorporate relevant strategies into campaigns

 

This is the perfect job for someone with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role, preferably within the B2C or e-commerce industry.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of affiliate platforms/networks, tracking systems, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
