As a Inside Partner Business Manager on our team, you will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our partners, building strong, long-term relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
- Support partners in generating leads, developing sales opportunities, and increasing revenue through their sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with partners to develop and execute shared business plans that align with mutual goals and market opportunities.
- Enhance partners’ ability to sell and deliver solutions by providing training, enablement, and ongoing support.
- Advise partners on expanding into new markets, industries, or geographies, helping them grow and evolve.
- Track key metrics such as revenue, pipeline health, and overall partner performance to ensure continuous improvement.

- Are bilingual or proficient in Spanish and Catalan, and advanced in English
- Hold a university degree or equivalent qualification.
- Bring 3–5 years of commercial experience, ideally within IT sales or a similar environment.
- Have familiarity with HP hardware and solutions portfolios.
- Understand the channel market landscape
- Are eager to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced, and partner-focused environment.
