Location: Rio Rancho, NM

Job Summary

The Inside Account Manager – Enterprise Commercial is responsible for managing and growing relationships with enterprise-level customers through proactive engagement, strategic account planning, and consultative selling. This role focuses on understanding complex business needs, delivering tailored solutions, and driving revenue growth. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management & Growth

    • Manage a portfolio of enterprise commercial accounts, ensuring retention and expansion opportunities.

    • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Sales Execution

    • Initiate outbound engagement with enterprise customers to introduce solutions, uncover needs, and position value propositions.

    • Deliver consultative sales presentations tailored to customer business objectives and industry challenges.

    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across product and service lines.

  • Pipeline & Forecasting

    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and forecasts in CRM systems (Dynamics).

    • Contribute to pipeline development and ensure timely progression of deals through the sales cycle.

  • Collaboration & Customer Experience

    • Partner with internal teams (marketing, technical specialists, customer success) to deliver seamless solutions.

    • Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, providing insights and recommendations to optimize outcomes.

  • Performance & Development

    • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

    • Continuously enhance product knowledge, industry expertise, and sales skills through training and certifications.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

  • 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or business development, preferably in enterprise or B2B environments.

Salary:

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $24.50 to $30.75 USD per hour with
a 60%/40% (salary/incentive) mix. Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
