Your Opportunity: Venture Solutions, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a Digital Print Operator to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will operate digital printing equipment, monitor print quality, and help ensure production runs efficiently while meeting customer specifications.

This location adheres to the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA). All employees must undergo a federal background check, which requires U.S. citizenship

Your Responsibilities:

  • Review job orders to determine quantities to be printed, paper specifications, colors, and special printing instructions for customers
  • Operate Canon, Xerox, and ColorStream 3900 digital printing equipment
  • Collect and inspect samples during print runs to identify adjustments needed to maintain quality
  • Identify and complete orders of varying sizes and priorities
  • Monitor and manage multiple machines at one time
  • Complete required paperwork associated with each job
  • Ensure supplies are stocked and gather correct materials for production runs
  • Learn digital printing equipment operation and assist with basic troubleshooting
  • Follow quality and training expectations as outlined under ISO 9001 certification
  • Load and unload paper stock and set up print files
  • Meet established throughput speed and quality standards
  • Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures and company policies

Your Shift: Sunday – Thursday | 10:00pm – 6:00am

You Must Have:

  • Basic computer skills including opening, closing, and printing files
  • Team-oriented and self-motivated mindset
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality
  • Basic measuring skills including the ability to read a ruler and measurement tools
  • Basic problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly to ensure accuracy with job tickets
  • Ability to occasionally lift 40–50 pounds and stand for the duration of the shift excluding breaks

Requirements Within This Position:

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
  • Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
  • Frequently required to move inside the facility
  • Regularly operates digital printing equipment and handles printed materials
  • Regularly moves paper stock, print materials, and supplies throughout the work area
  • Ability to maintain quality and productivity standards in a fast-paced production environment
  • May be required to work extended hours and weekends based on production schedule
  • Must be able to comply with applicable security, background screening, and information protection requirements associated with Venture Solutions operations

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work with tight tolerances
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good color discernment
