Job Description:
Production of prototype parts from the concept stage for the development department.
Performing adjustment and programming for innovative machines for the purpose of developing production technology.
Working on a 3-5 axis CNC machine
Development of production technologies
Performing set-up and production of parts such as: Implants, structures, jigs for the dental industry.
Writing CNC programs
Machine adjustment, offset correction
Programming and operating CNC machines to produce parts according to requirements
Reviewing during process
Performing adjustments and corrections in the software according to the needs of the development/factory
Job Requirements:
At least two years of experience as an programming CNC engraving and milling machines - a significant advantage
Experience operating CNC machines - Mandatory
Knowledge and experience in the field of machining- Mandatory
Experience working with Swiss Type machines - a significant advantage
Knowledge of reading drawings and familiarity with Solid Cam - Mandatory
High level of English
