Ink and Analytic Lab Manager

Description -

The Ink and Analytic Lab Manager is responsible for the chemical and physical characterization laboratories and the researchers. The manager is also responsible for supervising ink labs, technical staff, and is accountable for laboratories budgets and resource allocation.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise and leadership foe characterization methods and failure analysis.
  • Oversee daily laboratory operations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Manage, mentor, and evaluate researchers, ink technicians, and support staff.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets; optimize use of laboratory resources and equipment.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures and quality assurance practices.
  • Act as principal liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations as required.
     

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline; Ph.D. preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years laboratory experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated competence in LEP materials, characterization, and laboratory management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
